Many blossom trees have interesting bark that keeps your attention on it. Other tree species have great autumn colour as the leaves turn as well as spring interest. Then of course, there are fruit trees, blossom in the spring, harvest in the summer or autumn. In a garden, a tree takes up a significant amount of space so you want one that works for you all year round not just a single month a year.
