Tree Reports

Tree reports are needed for a range of reasons.

•    Risk limitation
•    Insurance reports
•    Planning applications
•    Annual work programming
•    Woodland planning & management
•    Hazard analysis
•    Species diversity

Surveys and reports are often used to support applications to work on trees subject to the regulations of a conservation area or tree preservation order (TPO).

It is important to remember that trees are dynamic, living organisms and as such their condition will alter over time.  This is why it is important to assess trees regularly.  It is possible for any tree or limb to fall without warning, but regular surveys can reduce this risk.
